Welcome to our website!
The Staffordshire Egyptology Society (SES) was formed in 1994 for anyone interested in Ancient Egypt. There are approximately 40 members with a varied knowledge of Egyptology - from people who have studied the subject extensively to absolute beginners.
Everyone is welcome at our meetings - members and non-members. No prior knowledge of Egyptian history is required, just a keen or quizzical interest.
We hold monthly meetings at Staffordshire County Council Staff Club in Stafford, where talks from guest speakers cover a wide range of of topics and always have time for questions or an informal chat
wledge of Egyptology - from people who have studied the subject extensively to absolute beginners.
